Welcome to the Mystic Castle Adoption Agency.

We have several adoption agents in our guild who take in pets from Neopets pound, feed them, love them and nurse them to health. Over a period of time, and through daily visits to the lab ray they will be transformed into a beautiful, healthy painted pet.

Our members may request to adopt these pets at any time.
Read below to see how this works.

Please be sure to check this page often to see if the type of pet you desire is available* and then contact the adoption agent/pet owner as soon as possible to start the adoption process.

If you would like to donate jellies, omelettes, toys or anything else for the upkeep of these adoptables, please send them directly to the Adoption Agents listed below. Some agents may have donation items available for purchase in their shops as well.

Adoption Process Explained:

	Adopting a pet (whether through this guild agency or any other) is not foolproof, and there is a catch we have no control over. When releasing a pet into the Neopet pound there is no control over who is allowed to adopt which pets. Anyone quick enough to click the pet first is the one who gets that pet. This is why we suggest that you have MSN Messenger, Yahoo or AIM (depending on the pets agent) for the best results. It is a much faster way to let you know the exact moment the pet you want is released into the Neopian Pound so you have a better chance of getting it before someone else does. Having a speedy DSL connection can be very beneficial as well.
	To request a particular pet, contact the pets agent/owner to let them know you would like to adopt. The two of you will then decide on a time when both of you can be on MSN Messenger, Yahoo or AIM to follow thru with the adoption process.
	You will need to go to the Neopian Pound's Adopt-A-Pet search engine .. (be sure you have enough neopoints available on hand to be able to pay the adoption fee for your pet.**) have the pet's name entered into the search box (be sure you've spelled it correctly), and as soon as the agent IM's you that they've put the pet in the pound, click the search key and (hopefully) your pet will come up immediately. Click on the pets picture to adopt and if everything goes well, the pet should now be in your possession.
	**The guild does not charge a fee for the adoption process. However, to adopt a pet through the Neopets pound there is a fee charged based on the pets stats.
	As an added bonus: Mystic Castle Guild members who adopt pets thru the Guild Adoption Agency are eligible to receive a petpet for the newly adopted pet (only if that pet does not already have a petpet attached at adoption). The adopting agent must contact BelleLeDonna or the Mystic_Castle and let them know the members name they've just adopted out to as well as the pets name. A random petpet will be chosen from the Mystic Castle petpet zoo (located in the Mystic Castle shop) and sent to the new adoptive member.

*Disclaimer: Because of the way the lab ray works, one never knows just what may happen each time a particular pet is zapped. Sometimes the pets stats change, they may become a different species, it might altar the pets color and even their gender. These changes may be considered good, and sometime they're not so good. Due to the element of the unknown when dealing with the lab ray, we don't know from one day to the next, just what kind of pets we will have available for adoption.
