 Egg Decorating Rules/FAQ:  

- I am providing the base egg graphic (one in .gif and one in .jpg) use whichever you'd prefer. *see bases below

- Download the graphic to your computer by right clicking and saving pic to your pc.

- Using whatever painting program you prefer, decorate/color in the egg. 
(most pc's come with a paint program (look under start/programs/accessories for paint) or, you can use whatever other programs you have .. photoshop, etc.)

- Use your imagination .. the sky's the limit here.

- When you're finished, save your egg, (be sure it's a gif or jpg) and EMAIL it to me at This Email Address. 
YOU MUST USE THE SUBJECT: EGG CONTEST and include YOUR NEOPET USER NAME.

- If you do not put Egg Contest and your Neopet user name as the email subject I will NOT open the attachment, and your egg will not be included. (This is for my own protection since I don't know everyone's email addresses, as I don't wish to download anything but these decorated eggs)
- also, because I use aol .. It won't let me view images that are imbedded into the email... so you must send the graphic as an attachment.

- You will have 2 full weeks to complete the decorating and send me the egg graphic.

Judging:

- Judging/Voting will take place during the first week of April (1st-7th).
- Judging will be done by ALL the Mystic Castle guild members (whether they send in an egg or not) and at least one completely impartial, non-guild member judge (I'm not sure who yet, but I'll announce it when I've got one set up to do it).
- Winners will be announced after April 7, 2005 (here as well as in the forum)

I will be creating a page here on the webbie to showcase ALL entries (without the artists' names) so all the Castle members, as well as the non-guild member judge(s), can view them and cast their votes. (I will add the artists' names after the judging has taken place).

Prizes:

There will be 4 winners in all .. First place, Second place, Third place and HonoUrable Mention. (that U is for y'all Brits)

In addition to a lovely, specially made (by yours truly ) Mystic Castle Egg Decorating Award graphic, NeoPrizes will be given as follows:

First place: 3 bottled faeries, 3 codestones, a Pink Snowbunny Easter Negg and a Blue Cybunny Plushie

Second place: 2 bottled faeries, 2 codestones, a Glamour Negg and a Green Cybunny Plushie

Third place: 1 bottled faerie, 1 codestone, a Mosaic Negg and a Rainbow Reject Cybunny Plushie

HonoUrable Mention: A Happy Negg and a Yellow Cybunny Plushie
